As a birth doula, I am here for you.
What does birth support looking like when working with Allison?
I believe that the absolute best way to empower you in your birth is time spent before you go into labor! We will have two prenatal appointments (one in person and the second either on Zoom or in-person) where we will work to help you feel confident and prepared for labor and birth. I am available to you to offer resources along the way.
When you go into labor, I am there to support you. We will stay in touch over the phone, and then I will join you when needed to offer all non-medical support so that you go through labor, feeling safe and empowered.
After the birth, I will stay with you for 1-2 hours while you settle in. We will do one postpartum visit to answer any questions that come up.
I offer labor support to my postpartum clients and those who hire for birthing support.
Birth support is $1700. I have experience supporting clients birthing in hospitals, birth centers, and home births.
